Your main point of contact (POC) for each of our services is the Mayple Expert that you've chosen for the project. In addition, once you are matched to your expert, you will be introduced to your Customer Success Manager who will be your trusted advisor who will support you for your entire journey with Mayple.
Nope! No matter which services or Mayple experts you choose, everything comes with continuous, unbiased monitoring at no extra cost to you.
Our monitoring system checks over 180 parameters relating to your expert's work and your campaigns' KPIs, to help ensure a high chance of success.
You can meet with up to three experts per a service, and revise your Strategy as often as you wish before starting. No campaigns will begin until you have complete confidence and click the ‘approve’ button on the Mayple platform.
Because we take the matching process seriously! We want you to scale, and we want you to do it with the best-fit expert by your side. While you're waiting to be matched, we make sure the project is properly aligned with the expert through the algorithm and an additional verification carried out by our matching team.
Our AI-powered algorithm uses 25-50 matching factors that we collect during the vetting process, plus a deep analysis of your business to match you with your marketing expert. Statistically, this process is more accurate than any human decision making process. To help us do this, we use the marketing brief and information gathered during your 1 on 1 meeting with Mayple’s Marketing Consultant.
You will only be billed after you approve the expert. You will meet them first to discuss your business and their qualifications and then make a decision. In case you don't approve the expert we will recommend to you another expert based on your preferences. But just so you know, we currently have a matching brand-marketing expert success rate of 92%.
Mayple's vetting process is based on data. To become a Mayple vetted Expert, a marketer must give us view only access to their advertising accounts as well as pass a deep face-to-face interview process. We examine what tactics they use, look to see if they perform well compared to industry benchmarks, and gauge if they are able to achieve set milestones. We use 141 vetting criteria in total that each marketer must achieve if they are to be accepted.
No. The media cost is paid directly to the ad platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
The process of launching, optimizing, and scaling a campaign is based on data and conversion. From Mayple’s vast experience, a $20,000 investment over a 3 month period is what it takes to generate enough data and conversion to build a scalable campaign.
Yes of course. Just ask your dedicated Growth Strategist - they'll be able to help you do this.
You should be seeing results on a consistent basis, however they will likely come in the form of revenue and progress within the accounts, and not necessarily ROI and ROAS in the short term. A projected timeline will be presented to you in your marketing plan meeting based on your business and industry.
Every business requires some investment upfront to scale. And achieving positive ROI depends on a lot of factors, such as your business model, product, industry, your marketing budget, and more. A detailed roadmap will be presented to you in your marketing plan meeting based on your business and industry, which will show you what you can expect.
Running social media ads (paid advertising) and running social media profiles (organic) are two different types of packages. So if you want Social Media Management, you will need to book a package with a Mayple social media expert in your niche.
The easy way to find out is by using Mayple's CRO Audit tool. If your score is above 50 - you are ready to go! And Mayple’s Marketing Consultant will qualify your website and recommend the services you need during your meeting.
5 unique creatives in all the standard sizes is a good start. Your Mayple marketing expert will share their specific recommendations in your marketing plan meeting prior to starting.
The strategy and messaging in the creatives are included, but the actual graphics (creatives) are not included. The expert can work with your in-house designer, or an additional package can be booked for graphics on an on-demand basis.
If you need help choosing the perfect package to grow your business, contact your Marketing consultant today. They will recommend the best package (or combination of packages) to help you scale while sticking within your budget.
Yes we probably have! Mayple works with fast-growing eCommerce businesses that are looking to scale through their marketing. Check out our case studies to learn more.
Yes! Mayple has a network of over 600 vetted top-performing marketing experts, specializing in different niches including: paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
We measure by performance and output and not by the number of hours. Our rule of thumb is to match you with the best Expert who will deliver above benchmark results for your business.
Communication is ongoing and transparent and you communicate directly with your Expert and Customer Success Manager. Your expert will update you on a weekly basis and will communicate with you on an ongoing basis to ensure the success of your marketing. Your Customer Success Manager will meet with you once a month, every month, and is available for all other inquiries via email.
In case you are interested in canceling your packages, please notify your Customer Success Manager and your Expert. Your Customer Success will make sure to take care of your request. That being said, we highly recommend you dedicate a sufficient amount of budget and time (usually 3 months) to give your marketing efforts the best chance to succeed.
You can request to pause your marketing activities for a period of a maximum of 30 days. Please notify Mayple's Customer Success Manager and your expert so they can pause the monthly retainer and any actual marketing service. For activities to be paused responsibly, there is 7 days prior notification.
Yes - there is a 3-month commitment to all of our recurring plans. We do that because it takes upfront time and resources to see your desired results. You can decide to cancel and stop work after the three months have passed at any time. In order to protect our customers and experts, we do require a 30-day cancellation notice.
We don't bill clients for the setup separately - this is part of your first month's service. If during the first 30 days there is no live activity (for example - no media cost) you'll only be billed for half the minimum monthly retainer. If there are any delays from your end, please make sure to notify your Customer Success Manager so they can pause your project/s if needed.
Our payments are made automatically through Mayple's platform and it bills all of our clients on the 4th of each month for the current month. Every month, we have two billing cycles. One cycle for closing out the previous month (so if we had an increase during the month, our system will bill for the difference at the end of the month). The second cycle is for a full month at the beginning of each month as mentioned above (based on the estimated media budget).
The first monthly payment is for a full month upfront. So your second payment will happen at the end of the first month (after 30 days) and it will be a pro-rated amount for the days we worked during the first calendar month, in order to have a full month retainer for the second month. After the two first months are over, you'll be billed on a monthly basis at the 4th day of each calendar month.

When working with Mayple, you’ll be receiving opportunities only for clients that have already paid through Mayple (meaning you won't get unqualified leads - only clients who are serious about starting now).
We always bill clients upfront, so you’ll be paid by the 15th of every month by bank or wire transfer.
We work with Freelancers and small marketing agencies (up to 10 employees).
To join Mayple you need at least 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
The vetting process includes a registration process that takes approx. 20 minutes and a 1-1.5 hour face-to-face (virtual) vetting meeting. During your meeting, in which you'll meet with Mayple's team, we'll make sure you have the relevant experience and expertise required, will take a look at your live ad accounts, test your technical marketing capabilities, and ask you strategic and tactical marketing questions. After your meeting you will get a notification from the vetting team about your vetting status.
According to our stats, newly vetted marketers get their first opportunity within a week of being officially vetted and approved.
Freelance marketplaces have a large variety of marketers and service providers in their pool. And typically, their quality level reflects the current market. Unfortunately, research shows that over 70% of marketing service providers in the US do not have sufficient experience to successfully deliver their services. In addition, the vetting process some freelance marketplaces use is either based on reviews (which are hard to independently verify) or exams and tests that are not necessarily validated (or for which their score or relative skill level is unclear). So you might end up with a good freelancer, but you might not.
In a world full of promises and sales pitches, there are a few things you can still rely on. One of them is the actual work and results marketers have achieved in the past for brands similar to yours.
To ensure you only work with the top performing marketers, at Mayple we built a data-driven vetting process that covers all the criteria that indicate whether a marketer is a true professional or not.
We use over 141 criteria, across 10 different vetting categories. And these are just some of the things we check:
