The only analytics and KPIs I had access to were the ones available located in Klaviyo. Me efforts in email marketing easily contributed to over 20% of total online revenue alone, while using multiple different sales channels.

The Challenge

They were a small startup with a large in-person network, but not a lot of digital presence. They had just launched their website, but didn't have any marketing or understand a lot of the basics of running an e-commerce store.

I was brought on specifically to start and implement their email marketing as well as be a trusted advisor in all other realms of their marketing: social media, paid advertising, SEO, and UX.

The Process

They had no email marketing strategy or automations whatsoever and were using MailChimp with Shopify. I quickly switched them over to Klaviyo as an email provider and implemented the 7 standard e-commerce email automations as well as came up with a regular campaign strategy.

I also suggested and implemented a monthly renewal system so that customers would be charged and shipped new product automatically every month.

Over time, we discovered a new strategy and better positioned their entire brand as "just a supplement company," to an online personal coaching service that also just so happens to sell supplements.

The Solution

The only analytics and KPIs I had access to were the ones available located in Klaviyo. Me efforts in email marketing easily contributed to over 20% of total online revenue alone, while using multiple different sales channels.

Waterloogreenway

Linus Bike

This brand was transitioning from MailChimp to Klaviyo and had some custom properties on its site.

A few goals were to figure out how to set up automations for a store that has high-priced items between $700 - $1,200.

They had no prior email marketing experience and also their site didn't allow for a cart abandonment email flow.
