The Challenge

Local Market are a digital agency that offer Google Ads, SEO, Digital Content Creation and Paid ads. As they offer a huge amount of services our first challenge was finding our audience, using Meta as our main platform. We needed to locate businesses who needed one or all of these services and had to do it using a much smaller budget than most agencies would have to work with. We also had limited access to top quality content, so had to make do with a small amount of ads, focusing on testing copy rather than content.

The Process

I was employed as the Facebook Ads expert and Digital Ads Manager. I planned, executed and managed the entire Facebook and Instagram Ads digital strategy.

It's been a wild ride with expanding into a new space, adding in a pizza oven for authentic Napolateon pizza, adding in catering options, and now onto opening second location just for private events and catering!

NPMahjong

It's a newly launched service for a very small niche, ran entirely solo. The biggest difficulty is how to maintain the service relevant, so that it will gather a big enough volume of customers, while also staying true to the purpose of the product.

Award winning professional turned consumer personal skincare brand. The Brand had been very successful B2B but struggled with growing its D2C business.

The Redux Group, a real estate group in the DC area, faced challenges in consolidating audiences for improved tagging and segmentation. The Marketing Specialist overseeing events and email marketing sought assistance.
