Hayward is a global manufacturer and supplier of pool equipment. Their goal was to raise awareness and drive participation in their Dealer Program with pool retailers and contractors while at the same time drive consumer sales through their dealers across Canada.
I set up a strategy to target Pool Dealers using Video and static posts on LinkedIn to drive awareness and generate inbound leads with dealers and supported this effort with digital ad and email promotions through the National trade magazines.
At the same time I set up dynamic and keyword based search ads on Google to drive in-market consumers to optimized product landing pages that redirected them to authorized local dealers.

Haiti Now is a non-profit organization that seeks to give economic empowerment to girls in Haiti’s Restavek system through education and a safe environment. The organization, however, was not receiving enough money in donations to support their mission, thus leading the CEO to come to the conclusion that the issue might have to do with the website's User Experience.
My role as a UX Researcher and Designer was to optimize the website for growth so that Haiti Now could have the impact that it seeks. The website was busy, had outdated copy, and had a lot of information that had to be re-arranged in a more user-friendly manner.
Longevity is rare in digital marketing. Our team is proud to have managed Weebly’s affiliate program continuously since 2012. At that time the program was underperforming and almost unknown.
After consulting with Weebly regarding their marketing goals, we guided them in network selection and launched a new program for Weebly on the trusted ShareASale network.
