This was a brand new PPC account and the challenge was to prove to the client that they could increase their e-commerce revenue at a profitable ROAS.
My role was to lead client communication, account strategy, as well as all implementation on Google Ads.
We were able to start with a small test budget of $2-3k/mo and immediately starting hitting ROAS > 1500%

Client provides scalp micropigmentation services for men and women as an alternative solution for baldness and hair loss. Client wanted more leads for their website related to phone calls, contact us, chat and sign ups with Google Ads and provide accurate lead reporting for their offices in the US and UK.
Managed their Google Ads and Amazon ads accounts. Google performed well for them. We were able to drive revenue at about a 600-800% ROAS depending on seasonality. Toward the holidays, we could really ramp up and even see higher ROAS.
Overall, they were happy w/ performance but unfortunately had to cut budgets in late 2020 due to covid/supply chain issues.
