Reduced Cost Per Lead from $25 to $10 with updated copy, images, target audience and landing page design.
Client lists homes and condos for sale in the Chicago area real estate market with Facebook Ads. Wanted to generate better qualified leads at a lower Cost Per Lead which ranged from $25 - $30 per lead.
I provided an audit for the client's Facebook campaigns and made the following updates: did A/B testing for which sequence of carousel photos worked the best and implemented them along with videos. Created two specific audiences for first time homeowners and those looking to move to a new home. Enabled Cost Cap if it exceeded the CPL goal of $15/lead sign up. Also updated the landing page design for the listing, noting the home/condo wasn't for rent and enabled best practices UX/UI design to improve sign up rates. Also enabled ads to appear on Instagram.

The client had developed a new website in WordPress, and the web developer called me in at the eleventh hour to check the site's organic optimization. I very quickly determined that the client's organic footprint would suffer badly by taking the site live. The client then redeveloped the site in Magento, and I took the lead in all matters related to organic optimization, including keyword research, content development and on-page optimization.
The client wanted to work with top portrait photographers for their new phone campaign. This was to position themselves as the top camera phone in the industry. They had very particular requirements on the chosen photographer so finding the right person was the first challenge. The second was managing the high profile talent and the client to achieve an outcome with the content that both parties were happy with. The timeline was extremely tight, particularly for such a high profile photographer with a busy schedule. Their target was to get high PR attention.
The budget included 3 other smaller but well known photographers who also created content around the same theme. We also had a gifting portion of the campaign where I sent the phones to small semi-professional photographers to create their own portraits. This was all to create buzz in the photography industry. This all had to be done beginning to end in about a month which is very tight.
