After working on cutting any keywords that were underperforming and making sure that the branded campaigns were solely focusing on branded terms, I was able to create shopping + display campaigns focusing on their influencers efforts.
I worked on the account for 7 months and the ROAS ranged from 4-7x every single month. We were also able to scale the account from around $2K a month to about $9K a month.
The client wanted to see if they could improve their ROAS on Google outside of branded terms. They are a fairly popular brand with lots of followers and influencers working with them.
The first step was to review all the campaigns they had. Most of them were search campaigns focusing on branded terms. The ROAS was phenomenal but it wasn't driving any new customers. I also looked at the keywords and search terms report very carefully to see which non branded keywords we could use. Shopping seemed to underperforming at the time.

What’s good for the user is good for search. The biggest challenge of the SEO audit for On One Studios (and all companies) is maintaining a customer-focused approach when optimizing.
Every action in the audit must answer the question: how does this help the user on your website? Each tweak needed to embody the core drive of the company.
We came up with a human-centric SEO strategy to guide my approach. The web audit was designed to address three critical issues:
Understanding the company’s core value proposition and drive.
Great tactics mean nothing without a proper guiding strategy. Before I started any optimization, I spoke with management on what constituted the company’s core drives. By understanding their unique selling proposition, I could write copy that reflected their goals.
Addressing website architecture problems with user-centric best practices.
The website needed to make sense to customers. From URL structure to homepage navigation, I needed to make sure each click on the website made it easy to get to a sale.
Identify competitor SEO strategies to implement off-page SEO tactics.
A key pillar of getting a site to rank is the number of backlinks pointing to it. I needed to create a comprehensive, white hat backlink strategy to boost the site’s domain authority. By looking at who our competitors were linked (and linking to), I got a sense of the types of backlinks I was looking for.
The client has a SAAS company, the software is for ordering food without installing an app, it's all web based. The challenge was coming up with a paid media strategy that will ultimately get restaurant owners to schedule a demo to the software. It was a new software and they weren't sure if it will perform well in the market during COVID.
The challenge for this brand was to elevate their look and feel and mimic this branding on their website and social media pages. A new website was needed and so SEO was to be started from scratch, as the website would need to be refreshed in terms of content and keywords, making the site more searchable.
