The clients is facing tough competitor with retailer who are selling their product and at the same time scaling Google ads with Search/Shopping.

The Process

Job is to make sure we capture all brand search from retailers (sephora/others) from winning the brand bid. I've test multiple campaign tactic to capture not only impressions share but also click share through maximize clicks and other campaign objective to win bid without raising our CPC in a bidding war. Google Shopping is the best way to showcase your product and it is very competitive across Google ad - split our shopping campaign by product categories and was able to bid effectively across each individual product.
