Before selling on Amazon, Kappa was mainly focused on D2C via Shopify and brick & mortar retail locations. The pandemic changed everything and they needed to adjust their business and focus more on online sales.
I was tasked with the challenge of launching Kappa products on Amazon. This required me to develop a strategic plan to launch a brand on Amazon at the height of a pandemic. One of the main challenges that I faced was that Kappa products have a high price point and that doesn't always perform well on Amazon, especially in the clothing category.

Their goal was to lower their client’s cost per lead, increase brand awareness and generate new business for their client. A challenge they face often is not having enough creative from clients. And stock photos don’t usually cut it. With NLC, they have fresh creative (that always stands out in the newsfeed) and this helps prevent ad fatigue, drop CPL, and bring their clients great results!

Their challenge was tracking phone calls from their ads, improving their ROAS for Search and Shopping ads for Google and Bing and scaling their Amazon campaigns.
This client came to me after going through 2 agencies with unsuccessful results. The owner had issues discovering how to drive more results from their paid advertising efforts. They were getting a lot of people adding to cart and initiating checkouts, but not actually purchasing.
Their main objectives are to drive a more successful return on ad spend on the front end, but also needing to increase customer retention from the sales that came in so they were more profitable on the backend as well.
We implemented a new campaign structure to generate better results as well as helping to work on retaining and cross-selling campaigns that would drive a better LTV for the brand as well as new creative and audience testing as well.

Despite their innovative software, Gradelink faced challenges in effectively communicating their offerings through email marketing.
