The Challenge

To re-define marketing strategy for France and CEE markets
Run brand awareness campaigns on programmatic channels
Increase the reach to relevant audience and to use this data for future targeting campaigns
Re-target users that performed some action on website and get more purchases.

The Process

Used language based ads in each region and advertised on websites that pet owners are prone to visit and increased their new user base.
Re-targeted the email addresses client provided us using various CTA's for each funnel

First audience was who registered on the website but did not fill out the order form.
Second audience was those who willed in the order (checkout) form but did not purchase

We used different creatives for each audience group and optimized the campaigns based on cohort reporting of creative vs audience segment vs relevant website in each region

The Solution

Delivered more than 10 million impressions to new users for brand awareness campaign to targeted audience which formed a base for their re-marketing strategy.
For retargeting campaigns, we reduced their CPO by 10% for the users who checked out but did not purchase
