Was able to increase cart sale revenue for them by 25% from the time we first engaged as well as an increased volume of both phone calls and lead submissions for their sales staff.

The Challenge

  • Drive cart sales through the website as well as phone calls and form fill leads
  • Manage Google Shopping campaigns and avoid/prevent issues with any google disapprovals in the CBD space

The Process

My role was to lead client communication, account strategy, as well as all implementation on Google Ads.

Top Performing PPC Strategies:

  • Launched Google Shopping campaigns around their top selling products
  • Excluded poor performing SKUs from their Shopping feed to avoid wasted spend and improve ROAS
  • Product feed optimizations -- wrote custom titles and descriptions to help match for relevant keywords
  • Built out non-brand search campaigns around top performing search terms such as "feminized hemp seeds"
  • Launched dynamic search campaign to help w/ query mining. Once we identified good performing queries, we would then break out those as keywords in the non-brand search campaigns and add as negatives to the dynamic search campaign

The Solution

Was able to increase cart sale revenue for them by 25% from the time we first engaged as well as an increased volume of both phone calls and lead submissions for their sales staff.

ROAS

Capabunga

The first product we decided to focus on was Capabunga. Capabunga is a wine stopper invented by two veterans of the wine industry. The challenge was a low product price point, so we decided to do a bundle set to raise the AOV and create a separate landing page. Before iOS changes, we were able to hit our goal of a 2.2 ROAS on our Facebook campaigns. We've since decided to focus on another product they're getting ready for launch called the Market Tote.

Wolvestuff

Woulvestuff reached out to us because they were trying to find a better way to use their existing chatbot. The store had a chatbot referring customers to the website from Facebook and inviting people to join a mailing list, according to the client, that list is responsible for 40% of the sites income.

the main challenge was that the client wanted to use the same chatbot for the website and Facebook, we had to do something that will provide a reason for new and returned users to engage with the chatbot and give their emails to join the community.
