The Challenge

This customer wanted to increase their ads revenue and launch a new product using their current customer data and pixel information.

The main challenge we had with them, was to increase the AOV because the conversion rate was amazing but we weren't profitable with those sales

The Process

  • We started with an audit for the FB Ads manager
  • We deleted the ads that were underperforming
  • We changed the copywriting to create more emotional ways to sell the product
  • Finally, we scaled the good performing ads
  • For the new product launch, we created both an email marketing campaign and a Facebook ads campaign, retargeting their previous buyers to get easier sales

The Solution

  1. Sales growth 27% compared with the previous months
  2. ROAS increased 50% compared with previous months
  3. The conversion rate increased 14% compared with previous months
