
The goal of this campaign was to establish a formal program, it was a 3 month program, optimize for mobile and establish a well coordinated SEO strategy.
My team and I were able to deliver a full technical audit and content analysis that enabled this client to become more competitive against it's direct and indirect competitors. I also consulted with the client to encourage them to bring SEO in-house, as part of their digital marketing team, which they did.
This client did not have an established SEO program in place. The client was paying more for paid ads to build brand awareness and sales and decided to pivot to leverage SEO to increase targeted, qualified traffic.
My role was to establish a formal SEO strategy and program for this client. I began by establishing a full scale technical SEO audit of the client's site and provided support to the client's tech lead to implement all changes. A full long term SEO strategy was developed.

Andrea joined Fellow as the Director of DTC eCommerce - a Series B, coffee gear startup in San Francisco. She led the eCommerce B2C business, responsible for the P&L, eCommerce marketing and website product roadmap.
When she joined, the team has experienced some success with the first year of the pandemic, due to people investing in their home coffee brew bar. The challenges she faced were: there was no eCommerce team, no growth strategy, limited resources and budget, few business processes + low cross-team cohesion.
Client runs a $100 million/year B2B ecommerce brand (owned by Berkshire Hathaway) selling raw product and manufacturing supplies to jewelry designers. They were always scared of launching with paid ads, as their previous experiences were that they just reached their existing customers; who would have purchased anyways.
