Vios Concept are a hugely successful concept store (online and bricks & mortar) and café in Brighton, UK. They had built up a loyal social media following and now wanted to bring in expert help to manage and grow their organic social media presence and deliver tangible results from social media advertising.

Monq was looking to scale spend on FB and IG which was their primary customer acquisition channel.

The major issue this client had was finding someone reliable to strategize and implement email marketing campaigns to their existing list. They have tried several agencies and freelancers, but the quality of work and results were not there.

• No Campaign Strategy: There was no developed campaign strategy.

Although the campaign CTR was very high, the landing page conversion rate wasn't satisfying. I implemented a heat map to recognize where the problem is. I realized that we are missing more images on the product page. once the client added more photos, the CR increased dramatically
