We ran about 12 tests over a 3 month period and improved the conversion rate by over 30% from the start of the project.
The project was to help Nobul improve the conversion rate on the site, particularly at the bottom of the funnel.
We attacked this in a number of ways:
- Identified the key types of traffic that were coming to the site and customized the experience for each major group
- adjusted the copy and content at each stage of the funnel, with a focus on the final stage where there was the largest drop-off
- create a process to continuously run a test, roll out the winner and then start a new test
We ran about 12 tests over a 3 month period and improved the conversion rate by over 30% from the start of the project.
