The Challenge

When this client came to us, he wanted his videos edited into a montage each week. At the time, I didn't have a resource to help him with it, but through some hard work, we were able to find a solution for him that works. Currently, he looks forward to see what we come up each week!

The Process

We create the content, send it over to him for approval, and then take care of any revisions that he has. From there, we have a weekly campaign that we put the posts in based on where he is that week. We send weekly results emails and one big monthly report.

From June 15- July 14th, we reached 113,638 people. This was 73% more than the month before.

Human of Hair Color

My consulting work with the Human Of Color focused exclusively on social media management. The unique challenges I faced when working with this client had to do with content and engagement alignment between what the client desired vs. what I knew would work best given my knowledge of the social media algorithm.

Because of this challenge, I learned how to lean more into developing brand new strategies that served both the existing social media algorithm and what the client preferred in order to achieve  client satisfaction and social media growth simultaneously.
