I was the lead CRO manager for the client and lead weekly meetings and CRO strategy. Our specific focus were landing pages tailored to advertising channels PrettyLitter was expanding into (pinterest, facebook, affiliate, etc.). After identifying USPs, I creatively worked through the website to understand what information was missing in the flow and then leveraged landing pages to address this information. In addition, since the product is a subscription, we had to pay special emphasis on convenience and ease of use of the product. Science + Ease of Use copy ended up being our winning formula that we were able to replicate and apply across multiple channels.

The RootsTech conference is the largest genealogy conference in the world. For the first 10 years, the conference was held in Salt Lake City, UT as an in-person conference with only 40k attendees. When the pandemic hit, the challenge was how to take an in-person conference, make it virtual and expand the global footprint of the business.
Gruvtowl (Groove-Towel) was a new product entering a golfing market full of big, established brands. The product (a golf towel with integrated brush) was innovative and well designed, but entering a category with no direct competitor meant there was no established product to pitch against.
The marketing budget was modest and the stakes were high – the client had to prove the product worked and deliver fast sales to fund future investment.
The CLL (language center) wanted to launch a new online platform (named VISIAGORA) to propose new trainings on any matters such as: astronomy, cooking, languages, kids development and many more. Classes were given by professional at different moments of the day for about 2 hours during 1, 2 or several months.
The challenge was to quickly promote this training for the summer in a short laps of time (campaign launched in June for training starting in July) and knowing the platform was new and we needed it to be dissociated from the main organization (CLL) specialized in languages.
In addition, it was the beginning of the COVID period (2020) and people were just about getting used to work remotely and to use digital tools for their trainings.
