Create a new website for Southampton FC and rebuilt their online store on Sitecore CMS
Worked in partnership with Delete Agency (UK). Delete was responsible for strategy, design, UX, solution direction and project management throughout the project. Our team was responsible for technical consultancy, architecture & development and QA, support.
Our solution architect ran several workshops with SFC team to understand the integration requirements, and then researched & prototyped integration including client's custom CRM system, sport data providers. We reviewed historical load of the website & projected what would be the required hosting infrastructure. Together with Delete's solution director we created extensive backlog and defined requirements in written specification.
Phase 1 was the main website rebuild on Sitecore platform. It was delivery in 5 months, with development team consisting of 6 developers and QA specialist.
Phase 2 was Retail website built using uCommerce plugin for Sitecore. It was delivered in short period of 2 months with a team of 5 developers, and QA specialist.

Client was struggling with a business that had steadily decreasing revenue over the course of 3 years. This was sped up by the fact they went through an acquisition that wasn't integrating with their parent company quickly.
The client has over 5,000 SKU's, and a percentage of sales comes over the phone, losing performance insights.
One of the areas our client was struggling with was that they wanted to continually increase the ROAS targets; which was driving down spend and overall revenue. This was even more challenging, given some of the tracking challenges.
The client also didn't have a cohesive affiliate or promotions strategy.
Big R is now an online only retail store that sells everything from kids toys to hardware to camping, sporting/outdoor gear, clothing, accessories, and more. I specifically worked on the brand for about a year to take them through a brand refresh, develop a 6-month marketing strategy and to launch a couple new products within the children's toys and video games categories.
Take over digital marketing efforts, mainly Google CPC and social ads, and get account performance back to historic levels. CBD had experienced serious revenue issues after launching a new website. Total sales through digital were down 40% YoY, mainly stemming from digital channels and SEO.
We took over Google Ads and social ads, within 3 months account performance leveled off instead of falling weekly. In 6 months we were getting revenue not seen in over 12 months. By 2 years of the engagement, we had higher revenue results than ever before achieved with an ROAS of 12:1 from digital ad efforts with spends exceeding $50k/mo.
