The Simon Sinek team brought me on to help them ramp up their online course offering on Simon Sinek's "InspireU" (https://simonsinek.com/InspireU#/).

We needed to scale up the ad program across social ad platforms, identify the profitability of the paid program at large, and figure out a better methodology for advertising dozens of courses at scale.

On any given day, I am to keep a team of more than 10 people from different countries, cultures and languages on-brand to deliver the message and the image that the company wishes to keep. The biggest challenge is keeping the brand message delivered in a consistent manner while ensuring that each different region feels addressed to directly, in a frank and sincere brand voice.

Helping them scale from spending $2k per month to over $9k while keeping between a 2-3x return when I was done. I also introduced Google Shopping and search which was brand new to the brand.
