The Challenge

Trouva has been named a top 5 startup in the UK. They were struggling to hit their aggressive, VC required performance targets. This was complicated by the fact that they had tens of thousands of SKU's in their data feed; targeting so many countries; that the golden SKU's weren't easy to optimize.

The Process

Our team took a deep dive into the account; doing an analysis of performance by SKU, category and product history. We pushed alot of the traffic through Google Shopping, which is one of the highest performing mid-to high funnel acquisition channels in Google/Microsoft.

Our team dynamically updated product titles, labels and bids based on market conditions and every possible variable.

Our team also helped create dynamically updating dashboards; which allowed for dynamic updating of performance and real time responses to campaign performance.
